Acquired in a joint venture with Houston-based institutional investor Lionstone Investments, Colony Square, a mixed-use complex comprised of two office towers totaling 719,402 square feet connected by 162,953 square feet of retail space, and the 467-room W Hotel, will undergo renovations to its retail component that include removing the roof and connecting it to the street, a repositioning slated to wrap up in July 2018.The W Hotel was not part of the transaction.
